CAA 2026 Exhibitor Planning

We are pleased to announce the 27th Annual California Academy of Audiology Conference in Costa Mesa, CA on September 24-26, 2026. As the premier gathering for audiologists in the largest audiology market in the US, the CAA Annual Conference provides an exceptional platform to present your products and services to attendees.

The 2025 CAA Annual Conference in Burlingame brought a record-breaking 397 attendees together for networking and continuing education and we anticipate excellent attendance at CAA 2026.

The conference will open with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday evening. Friday and Saturday will feature full days of educational programming, complemented by numerous opportunities for networking, brand-building, and engagement for our exhibitors and sponsors. 

We have updated our exhibitor packages for 2026 and added additional opportunities for our industry supporters to further enhance their brand presence, outreach, and impact at the meeting. This year our Platinum Level package includes a 10-minute time slot during the educational sessions to present live on the topic of their choice year and Gold Level supporters may provide a 5-minute pre-recorded presentation. Platinum Level supporters will be the only double booth on their respective walls in the exhibit hall and will receive a complimentary hospitality room. New this year, exhibitors will have the opportunity to directly support and engage with the future of audiology by sponsoring our Student Saturday event. 

A map of the Exhibit Hall will be provided closer to the event. Space is limited, and exhibitor placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority for booth selection will be determined by support level, and the date payment is received, so we encourage you to secure your place as an exhibitor soon.

Exhibit hall Basics

  • One table includes a 6' draped table, 2 chairs, and 1 electrical outlet.
  • The CAA 2026 Exhibit Hall Map will be available in June. Please keep in mind that priority for booth selection will be determined by support level, and the date payment is received.
  • Logistics information will be sent to confirmed sponsors in June, with deadlines for CAA to receive sponsors’ inclusion items.
  • Exhibitors will have the option to order additional AV equipment at a discounted rate from the CAA AV supplier.

JOIN THE FUN! BE PART OF THE CAA 2026 SILENT AUCTION

The tradition continues with CAA’s Silent Auction, where attendees bid on a range of highly sought-after products and merchandise. 

We invite you to support CAA’s mission by contributing an item to this year’s Silent Auction. Past donations have included gift cards, electronics, hotel stays, gift baskets, sporting event tickets, and, most importantly, hearing aids and hearing-related products.

The Silent Auction will once again be held online in 2026. If you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction, please check the box on the Exhibitor Registration Form or email ConfChair@caaud.org. All donations must be confirmed by August 7, 2026.

All funds raised will support the Academy’s general fund and help advance our work on behalf of the audiology community.
