The CAA has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate for conference attendees. In order to receive the discounted conference rate, all bookings should be made no later than Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
The conference rate for a standard room is $195.00 / night plus taxes.
Please note that the CAA has only reserved a limited number of rooms. Please reserve your room early to receive the discounted rate.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival.

The Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa is approximately 3 miles from John Wayne Airport/Orange County.
There are several transportation options from John Wayne Airport to the Hilton:
- The hotel offers offers a complimentary airport shuttle to and from John Wayne Airport beginning at 5:30 am daily.
- Taxis can be found in the Ground Transportation Center located on the Arrival (lower) Level between Terminals A and B, and in Terminal C near Column 14 on the Arrival Level.
- Onsite rental car counters are located on the Arrival Level, between Terminals A and B.
- App-based ride share services (including Lyft and Uber) are available for drop-off and pick-up services. Designated pick-up areas are located on the top levels of parking structures A2 and B2, and in the Terminal C parking structure.
For those who will have a vehicle, the hotel offers onsite, self-parking with in and out privileges for $45.00/day.
