* In consideration of the discounted registration fees, students will provide a minimum of one hour of volunteer service at the Conference for each day they attend.
** Student early registration pricing is only available to current CAA Student Members. Students who are not CAA Members will be able to register beginning April 21, 2025 at the regular rate. Non-members may join CAA during conference registration and register at the member rate.

CAA Member Discounts:
Additional information about CAA membership benefits and pricing can be found HERE. The CAA membership period is one calendar year, beginning on the date you joined or renewed.
If you are already a 2025 CAA member, member registration pricing will automatically be applied as you register for the 2025 Annual Meeting. Members will be prompted to log in to their member account during registration to ensure that they receive the member pricing for conference registration.
Non-Members:
If you are not a CAA member, and would like to become a member and register for the conference, you will be given an option to become a member as you register. Membership dues will be added to your conference registration fees.
Payment:
Registration fees can be paid using a credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration, please email info@caaud.org.
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received by August 28, 2025.
- After August 28, 2025, refunds of registration fees cannot be made.
If the conference is postponed by the CAA, registrants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event, move their fee payment towards the next scheduled annual event, or have a full refund. If the conference is cancelled by the CAA, registrants will have the option to move their fee payment towards the next scheduled annual event, or have a full refund.
