The CAA has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate for conference attendees. In order to receive the discounted conference rate, all bookings should be made no later than Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
The conference rate for a standard room is $209.00 / night plus taxes.

The Irvine Marriott is approximately 2 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA).
Their are several transportation options from the John Wayne Airport Airport to the Irvine Marriott.
- The hotel offers airport shuttle service to/from John Wayne Airport. To reserve the shuttle, call 949-261-2020.
- Taxis can be found in the Ground Transportation Center and in Terminal C on the Arrival Level.
- On-site rental car companies are located on the Arrival Level, between Terminals A and B
- App-based Rideshare services (including Lyft, Uber, and Wingz) are available for drop-off and pick-up services at the John Wayne Airport.
