2023 CAA Annual Conference
Hello Colleagues,
It is our great privilege to invite you to the 24th Annual Conference of the California Academy of Audiology (CAA) scheduled for September 28-30, 2023, in San Jose, CA. The 2023 Conference Committee has worked diligently to build an exciting educational program and has confirmed an impressive lineup of speakers sharing relevant and timely information on a variety of topics including dementia, pharmacology, and a three-dimensional tour of the human auditory nervous system. The CAA Annual Conference provides an unparalleled opportunity for California audiologists to come together to learn, collaborate, and network with their colleagues from around the state. This event is unique in its aim to bring audiologists across all specialties and interests, including clinical, academic, educational, and research, together to help advance the profession of audiology.
We are also pleased to include an outstanding Pre-Conference session on Thursday, September 28, led by Deb Abel, Au.D. The Pre-Conference session will cover relevant issues including coding, billing, and ethics. More information about the 2023 Pre-Conference is available on the CAA website.
There will be opportunities to interact with the CAA Board of Directors, as well as the Legislative, Membership, and Communications Committees. We encourage you to get involved in your state professional organization as a member of a committee or in a leadership position. There are exciting things happening in CAA and we are always looking for new voices and ideas.
Our goal remains to provide an excellent educational opportunity and meeting experience for every conference attendee. We hope you will join us in San Jose in September for CAA 2023!
