CAA 2023 Hotel and Location Info

The California Academy of Audiology is excited to be back in San Jose
for the CAA 24th Annual Conference!

San Jose, known as the Capitol of Silicon Valley, is the cultural, financial, and political center of Silicon Valley and home to San Jose State University. San Jose is known for its innovation, cultural diversity, and the sunny and mild climate where the sun shines an average 300 days a year. Architectural landmarks, from the 1883 Italianate-style Oddfellows building to Spanish Colonial Revival structures, make up the downtown San Jose historical district. San Jose's compact and walkable downtown is home to diverse restaurants and nightlife venues, recreation options, and a variety of attractions.

The CAA has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate for conference attendees. In order to receive the discounted conference rate, all bookings should be made no later than Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

The conference rate for a standard room is $189.00 / night plus taxes.

The Doubletree by Hilton San Jose is approximately 1 mile from San José Mineta International Airport (SJC). 

Their are several transportation options from the San José Mineta International Airport to the Doubltree by Hilton San Jose.

  • The hotel offers airport shuttle service to/from San José Mineta International Airport.
  • Taxis are available for on-demand and pre-arranged service outside Terminal A and B.
  • Rental Car - multiple rental car agencies available at the airport's Rental Car Center located across the street from Terminal B.
  • Rideshare Services (including Uber and Lyft) are available from San José Mineta International Airport.
