| 10/5 | You will be notified of your total CEUs being reported to ASHA and will be allowed one business week for correction requests and resolve any potential issues. |
| 10/9 | All appeals and correction requests due - NO EXCEPTIONS |
| 10/11 | Final report submitted to ASHA and AAA |
| After 10/11 | ALL participant appeals will be directed to ASHA and AAA. The CAA 27th Annual Conference and its accreditors will not take any appeal or change requests after 10/11/2026. |
