Our site is secure. When you make a payment online using your VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card for joining the CAA, renewing membership, making donations to the CAA PAC, or registering for the Annual either as a visitor or vendor, you can do so with complete confidence. Protected by the latest in Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), your personal and credit card information are encrypted and transferred with complete security. Furthermore, we do not store credit/card card numbers on our webserver, but only pass them through the secure payment gateway for the brief moment it takes to receive a response.

 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide to the California Academy of Audiology will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

The only information made available to the public is the information you enter in the section "Update My Office Info" so that consumers can easily locate you and your services when they click Find an Audiologist.

The information which you enter in the "Update My Profile" section is used by the CAA itself primarily for postal mailings and email blasts to let you know about important issues related to the profession of audiology in California, including pertinent legislation, membership renewal, and the Annual . You may also be contacted by third-party vendors about hearing related products or by institutions of higher learning or other professional organizations offering seminars, workshops and continuing education credits; if you wish to exclude yourself from such third-party mailings, simply update your profile and check the box "Exclude from 3rd-party mailings."

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. If you change your mind after submitting any transaction, please contact our Treasurer within 24 hours to discuss getting a refund.
